Gibb's Farm is number 4 of the Top Hotels in Africa in the Condé Nast Traveler 2019 Readers' Choice Awards.

Margaret and Jim Gibb were the first to build guesthouses on the farm, making it the first guest farm in Northern Tanzania. When James Gibb died in 1977, Margaret continued to run the farm until 2003, when she and her late husband, Per Kullander, passed on the Gibb’s Farm tradition to new investors.

The walking safari is between 5-7 hours depending on your fitness and your expectations are bound to be exceeded. If you have a spirit for adventure and a love of wildlife and untamed wilderness, this experience is for you!

Gibb’s Farm is a model for sustainable, environmentally-respectful practices, continuing the legacy of founders Margaret and Jim Gibb.
