MORE SHADES OF BLUE

We are pleased to announce that Alphonse Island is now open year-round to travellers, so the only blue we’re feeling this Monday is the shades of endless possibility.

Alphonse was previously closed from May through to end of September as this was the time to rest the adjoining St Francois atoll flats from fishing. But with growing leisure tourism, Alphonse island now remains open for scuba diving and other marine safari adventures including deep sea and fly fishing. May to September are dryer months and while there may be more wind, days are less humid and skies are clearer.

St Francois remains closed from May to September, and Astove and Cosmoledo from late April to early November.

Namibia

WHAT WE LOVE: The big open spaces, incredible dark skies at night, landscapes that take your breath away and the desert climate that makes for fantastic photography. Namibia is a country of many cultures, stories, and history. One of the highlights of this mostly desert country is the NamibRand Nature Reserve. With its own set of stories that tell of perseverance, commitment, passion, and success, we are thrilled to represent two prime camps in the Wolwedans Collection.
