We travel to learn

TANZANIA, GIBB'S FARM: We travel to learn and seeing an area from a local perspective always broadens the mind.
At schools in Tanzania, it is common to see 3 or 4 children sharing a desk. A very small contribution of $60, makes a profound impact on education.
GIBB'S FARM guests can DONATE A DESK, engraved with their own special message, and personally deliver it to the local school. This is exceptionally enriching for travellers (especially families) and hugely beneficial for local education.

OTHER WAYS TO GET INVOLVED:
  • PACK FOR A PURPOSE — whether it's stationary, personal products, clothing or many other options, guests can donate much-appreciated items by bringing it in their luggage.
  • VISIT THE LOCAL SCHOOL — barefoot soccer, singalongs, a bit of math, reading, playing and laughing all contribute to an enriching time. Click here to see all the various EDUCATION PROJECTS within Classic Portfolio, click here for more FACEBOOK photos.

Happy learning!
