    We use widgets on our website (such as Instagram) that saves a cookie to your local computer.

    We share your data with our members, only when we have consulted you about those members. We have never been asked to share your data for legal reasons, and it’s unlikely it will ever happen, but if we have to, we will.

Classic Portfolio (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website https://www.classic-portfolio.com and email campaigns from the same domain (the “Service”).     Classic Portfolio Members are the hotels, camps & lodges in our Portfolio as well as their owners and managers.

  • Representation Service

    Representation Service includes arranging meetings, telephone or video calls or other means of training provided to our Trade Partners about the Members in our Portfolio.

  • Trade Partners

    Travel industry professionals who potentially sell vacations to the destinations in our Portfolio.

Information collection and use

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our Service to you.

  1. Personal Data

    While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

    • First name and last name

    • Company name and details

    • Phone number

    • Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

    We may use your Personal Data to arrange meetings with you when we are doing sales in your country, contact you with Weekly Sales Tip, educational invitations, trade show meetings, newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us at privacy@classic-portfolio.com.We may provide some of your Personal Data to our Members who have opted for our Representation Service after meeting with you as part of our reporting to them.

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

  • MailChimp
    We use MailChimp to send email campaigns and track activity or lack thereof, including opens & clicks.

    Your email service provider will automatically disable tracking by not downloading pictures. You have the option to temporarily or permanently allow downloading of pictures by setting your preferences accordingly.

  • Survey Monkey
    We periodically send out surveys and track responses via Survey Monkey.

Links to other sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
